Toxic Waters

The New York Times magazine is doing a series of articles about the
worsening pollution in American waters and regulators' responses.

This article is about West Virginia citizens and the permanent
damage that coal mining has inflicted on the community and
environment.

I'm really glad that people are reporting on these issues,
because once an awareness is created about these problems
citizens can begin changing their behaviors as well as legislation.
